For a logo you plan to trademark

Covers the font in your logo or brand mark, trademark registration, and your identity everywhere it appears: website, social media, video, business cards, brochures, signage, promotional items and official documents. You get a signed agreement naming your company and the font.

Talk to licensing

How to pick

Start with what you're making. Personal is for your own projects that nobody pays for. Maker is for things you sell or use to promote a business, up to 5,000 units per design. Extended removes the unit limit and adds print-on-demand, merchandise platforms, ebooks and one app.

Every retail licence is perpetual. There is no pageview tracking and nothing to renew. Each tier includes everything in the tier before it, and you can upgrade later by paying only the difference.

Logos, trademarks and company identity

No retail licence covers a font used in a logo or brand mark, in a trademark registration, or as the typeface of a company's identity. Those uses are licensed by signed agreement: a Brand licence for one company's identity, or an Enterprise licence for teams, sites, apps and software. The agreement names your company and the font, which is what a trademark examiner or a future buyer of your business will ask to see.

Fonts that came with our software

Fonts included with The Print Shop, PrintMaster and other Encore products are licensed for projects you make in that software. Using one in a logo or trademark, or installing it on other computers, needs the matching licence here or a Brand licence.

Staging: the prices on this page are proposals under review and the licence agreement is a draft. Nothing here is on sale yet.
